Before you continue, you must have either your Invoice No, Private Hire ID or Client ID to hand. Please see below on where you can obtain these:
If you are paying towards an Invoice, you will require the Invoice number or Client ID located at the top left of the document shown
in the example below:
On Bookings Documents
If you are paying towards a confirmed Private Hire and don't have an Invoice, please use the Private Hire ID or Client ID as reference.
Payment can be made for either your deposit OR the remaining balance of your hire.
In the example below of a booking acceptance, the Private Hire ID can be found on the right and Client ID on the left. They are also
on any movement update documents.
It's important you provide us with one of the references above to avoid any delay assigning your payment.
